Amazing service from start to finish. I could not be happier with my new purchase. When I was unable to create the settings inside my vehicle to open the gate in my community, and my garage, they sent someone out to my house to assist and everything went smoothly. Thank you, Romi and Nathalia, and of course we can’t forget Maggie who really understands customer service. ***UPDATE*** Here is the result 24 hours later. The garage door opener does not work. The keypad on the garage does not work. The programmed gate opener for my residence does NOT work. Not happy at all considering Porsche should be much easier to navigate, top of the line yet it takes multiple people to program and then it still doesn’t work. Plus, now I had to call a garage door company to come out to see why we can’t open the garage door using the key pad nor the physical garage remote. Beyond stressed to even continue writing about all the other problems with all of the car settings saved multiple times, yet they do not save. All this after we had purchased the car on a Tuesday only to have to drop it off 2 days later and they had to keep it until the followingTuesday, to fix a separate issue. Exhausted.

Natalia and Sergio just went through my new car with me. They made the experience So easy and painless. They are extremely understanding, polite and knew everything and anything about the car. They were able to make something I thought would be painful, extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend you use their services as Porsche pros I also want to mention Nick Manousakis, he is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with I’m not just is talking about car salesman? I’m talking about all sales people. I highly recommend if you were going to buy a Porsche to use Nick he’s not just with you to sell you a car he is with you the entire time you own the car. If you need anything at any time you just call him he never leaves you, again I can’t emphasize enough what a great sales person he is and more importantly, what a great person he is.

My SUV required a warranty repair, and I delivered it to the dealership before leaving for vacation. My service advisor, David knew exactly what was needed and promptly ordered the necessary part. He assured me that the car would be ready upon my return. While I was away, I received a comprehensive video from the technician, Dylan, detailing the overall condition of my vehicle. This attention to detail impressed me greatly and showed the dealership's commitment to transparency, great communication and customer satisfaction. Right on time, I received a call that my car was ready and waiting for me. However, logistics made it challenging for me to pick it up at the dealership. To my delight, I was offered the option of home delivery. The most exciting part was when a truck arrived with my car inside. Terry was a pleasure and we had a good time as he unveiled and offloaded my Macan. The delivery experience was seamless and truly exceeded my expectations. David, Dylan, Terry and the rest of the team were all incredibly courteous and professional, making it their mission to ensure that my experience was nothing short of the very best and, it was. I highly commend Braman Porsche for their outstanding start to finish service process. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel like a valued customer. LG is our salesperson and he demonstrated much patience when i was trying to decide between two models. He also gave me a decent trade in for my 6 mo old Jeep, plus he is helping my husband find his next Porsche. I felt taken care of and the showroom is spotless with a nice cafe for lattes and food when you’re spending the inevitable long periods of time at the dealership. Especially once you’ve chosen your car and it’s time to do the deal. The finance guy was also lovely and made the whole time signing paperwork as far from chore-like as possible. Where they fall down is with their tech guy, who is supposed to helpfully show you the workings of the car, help sync garage door & gate openers and generally help set up your vehicle for comfort and ease. I had some issues with syncing and set up (and he knew this because I called and emailed) but each time I contacted him I had to follow up with another email or phone call and then was fobbed off. The latest time was Friday when I couldn’t get the car to keep settings. He obviously didn’t want to help and treated me like I was a thorn in his side. Bad attitude, rude, passed the buck and I had to contact my salesman LG, who promptly asked another tech to help. Natalia immediately drove to my house and pleasantly & efficiently helped me with key/car set up. Connor needs to realize that he works for a car maker of extremely high calibre and, just because I wasn’t ready for help in the first week of ownership, doesn’t mean his job is done and clients have to figure things out on their own. We are set to buy another soon with LG and I’ll be requesting Natalia for set up.
